Clear Guidelines for Professional Collaboration and Service Engagement

These Terms and Conditions outline the rules, responsibilities, payment structure, and working process followed by Groxify Web Projects. They are designed to ensure transparency, clarity, and a professional understanding between the company and its clients before and during any service engagement.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging services provided by Groxify Web Projects, the client agrees to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Service Agreement & Proposal Approval

All projects begin only after:

  • A formal proposal has been shared.
  • The client reviews and accepts the proposal.
  • Payment is completed after proposal acceptance.

This ensures full transparency and client comfort before starting work.

3. Payment Terms

  • A 60% advance payment is required after proposal approval to initiate services.
  • The remaining 40% payment is collected after completion of the agreed work cycle or at the end of the monthly period.
  • Along with the remaining 40%, the next month’s 60% advance payment is collected for continuation of services.
  • This monthly billing cycle remains consistent during ongoing engagement.

Payments may be processed with GST billing or without GST depending on applicable agreement and legal requirements.

4. No Refund Policy

All payments made to Groxify Web Projects are non-refundable. Once payment is received and work has been initiated, resources are allocated and planning begins. The company commits to delivering agreed work professionally.

5. Transparency & Communication

All work is conducted with full transparency. Scheduled meetings (including online meetings), updates, and communication ensure clients remain informed throughout the project.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients must:

  • Provide accurate project information
  • Deliver required content or approvals on time
  • Maintain professional communication.

7. Intellectual Property

All strategies, documents, and materials remain property of Groxify Web Projects until full payment completion.

8. No Guarantee of Results

Digital marketing outcomes depend on multiple external factors. Specific results or rankings cannot be guaranteed.

9. Limitation of Liability

Groxify Web Projects is not responsible for indirect losses caused by external circumstances beyond reasonable control.

10. Termination

Services may be suspended or terminated if terms are violated or communication fails.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable laws of India, Ghaziabad.
